In celebrating MCU 60th Anniversary, numerous wonderful memories of the past 60 years flash by like movies. It all seems just like yesterday. The Creative Cheerleading Dance Championship is the most unforgettable part of MCU anniversary activities; this began in 1981 and has become a famous tradition at MCU. Department teams comprise students who use their amazing and youthful creativity in the cheerleading championship. Students try their best to create stunning storylines and music, creative surprises, performance props, beautiful costumes and makeup, which all delight the audiences and earn much applause.
MCU Library has invited Yang, Feng-Long, Instructor of Commercial Design Department in the School of Design, to hold a Photography Exhibition on Cheerleading Dance with photos he has taken during the past 20 years. Those photos not only hold our precious memories, but also remind us of the wonderful moments in cheerleading dance. All faculty and staff members, students, alumni and honored guests are welcome to visit the exhibition in Taoyuan Library Atrium on the 2nd floor and look over those wonderful photos together.
